Job Description
• Issue relevant paperwork as part of the sales process
• Generate daily retail & wholesale reports.
• Regularly audit and monitor sales status through system and constant communication with the market
• Conduct data analysis and highlight potential concerns to stakeholders where appropriate
• Support managers in generating regular regional retail/wholesale forecasts through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively support country teams to ensure timely process of order placements and shipments
• Investigate and make resolutions for all system and physical issues that may arise during the entire sales order process
• Serve as the market's liaison for all orders and product sales

• Degree from a recognized university
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Background in sales and administration
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including macros, formulae and pivot tables
• Japanese & English proficiency (written & spoken)
• SAP experience a plus
• Logistics, customer service and supply chain operations knowledge a plus
