Job Description
As a self-motivated member of the office, you will assist the sales team with the fulfilment of orders, handling customer inquiries and contact with distribution centres and reporting to overseas HQ, following-up on transactions and maintaining orders and inventory control.

Job responsibilities involve the following tasks:
- Order and delivery management
- Inventory control
- Processing transactions
- Database maintenance
- Contacting distribution centres
- Reporting to US HQ
- Handling customer inquiries (B2B) over e-mail and phone
- Internal communication with sales team and other departments

- Previous experience as a sales assistant, using internal systems for order processing, customer database etc
- Business level English for overseas communication
- Pro-activeness and ability to work without too much supervision
