Job Description
• Manage orders, processing all customer purchases
• Work together in a team of 5, as well as coordinate responsibilities with other teams locally and overseas
• Provide first level customer support
• Support and track delivery activities, assuring they are executed within deadlines
• Handle invoicing
• Create, provide and maintain data to for the related department
• Actively contribute to continuously improve efficiency
• Support introduction and improvement of in-house tools and systems used in all regions

Requirements

• English required for communication with Germany.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, for inside and outside communication
• Time-management skills even under pressure, while achieving excellent results
• Pro-activeness, organizational skills, manage priorities as well as being target-oriented
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office applications)
• Good customer-service skills
• Be able to handle confidential information
• Flexibility in conducting tasks and ability to detect problems and propose improvements
