Develops sales plans in cooperation with the management team

  • Coordinates the sales team to assure the most effective usage of the professional competencies within the sales team
  • Utilizes and deploys to the sales structure all the marketing tools to effectively promote the company, its products and services
  • Implements sales plans, deploys field staff in order to optimize the maintenance of current business and the growth among potential new customers
  • Keeps and maintain relationships with the institutional customers
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to staff under his direction
  • Prepares forecasts and other monthly reports as required by Country Manager
  • Make sure that all promotional activities (Infor Next and others) are implemented in accordance with the sales objectives
  • Responsible of achieving and making achieve the ethical code of the Company


 ·           A minimum of 10 years’ business in IT industry (Sales and/or Marketing)

·           Management responsibility of at least 5 years, team of 5 members or more

·           Multinational experience with solid structure of sales process oriented
