Luxury European Jewelry brand is looking for the 'Sales Operations Manager'

Job Description
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for
-Helping to free time of sales team by taking care of project, administrative and coordination topics.
-Acting as the gatekeeper for activities and communication from all functions impacting sales
-Administer and coordinate sales activities for all channels e.g. collate and disseminate sales targets, incentive data/achievements, arrange access passes and set-up and organize sales meetings and support follow-up as required
-Lead new store opening, relocation and refurbishment projects for all channels
-Coordinate the mapping and maintenance of all local processes, ensuring consistency as well as gatekeeping and version control
-Track and publish results of compliance of Company policy and local legal legislation. Collate and share best practice across all sales channels

-Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion customer & commercial-focused retail environment or minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar sales operations role in a consumer goods business ideally with SAP/Micros, etc. know-how
-Experience in a store management role is a plus
-Advance verbal communications and presentation skills
-Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills
-Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
-Local language and English proficiency skills
