Job DescriptionSales Planning and Reporting: (50%)
・Build a sales strategies and action plan to recommend to CEO, CFO and Sales
・Build and evaluate the effective incentive program and sales promotion.
・Monitors production changes for impact to budget, business plan and targets.
・Understands monthly vehicle inventory data in communication with logistics.
・Responsible for preparing, and presenting complex reports, business forecasts,
・Develops and consolidates annual sales budget, business plan and statistics in
accurate and timely manner.
・Develops and maintains database to track dealer’s target and results generating
reports as necessary.
・Assist the Sales Director by creating and designing incentives to be launched at the
country level to achieve the quarterly/annual targets
Requirements- Experience: + 5 years in Sales / Marketing or a related field in automotive industry (OEM or
importer). Experience in sales planning/corporate planning is preferred.
- Skills & Competence:
1. Strategic vehicle sales planning skills
2. Analytical skills, especially in numerical and/or financial
3. Project management skills
4. SAP & Salesforce experience preferred
