Job Description

1) Targeting (Identification of the best prospects for our products/services. Maintenance of the awareness of what kinds of customers and industries have general needs to be met by our products/services.)
2) Prospecting (Identification of potential customers with a high probability of purchasing our products/services. Managing of appropriate tracking to scope prospects' potential for qualification.)
3) Lead qualification (Selection of prospects that are appropriate for our products/services and determination of the buying motives of the key decision-makers in those organizations. Gathering of appropriate information for selecting the best contacts and decision-makers.)
4) Identify key decision makers (look for the complete decision makers team e.g. technical, commercial, financial, quality. Understanding of the best approach to communicate with each decision-maker.)
5) Understand customer needs/develop solution (Recognition that there are definite benefits sought by the prospect organization and there may be different issues to consider for each decision-maker in that organization. Deliver our product/service in a way that is satisfactory to our customer.)
6) Product/Value presentation/demonstration (Clear presentation/demonstration of our products/services and their value in meeting the prospect’s business needs. Maintenance of emphasis on profit while making the sale. Value is emphasized to prospect.)
7) Negotiation (Influencing others and firmly negotiating at all levels to meet our objectives as well as those of the customer.)
8) Closing the deal (effectively close the sale while maintaining an appropriate profit margin on the business.)

Sales strategy
1) Territory Action Plan (Analyze trends and developments in your territory, develop an individual territory plan to ensure budget achievement in line with the company sales strategy.)
2) Account Management (Develop account specific business plans. Manage the relationship with the customers.)
3) Resource Management (Involve other functions - as necessary - to ensure that we win/maintain the business.)


Skill and Experience:

1) Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field. Master or higher degree is preferential
2) 2 – 5 years’ experience in the above mentioned products sales or related fields are preferable
3) Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, work independently, willingness to travel frequently
4) Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, smart working
5) Fluent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory
6) Good selling skills
7) Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams without formal authority
8) Autonomy, Discipline, Focus, Customer Oriented
9) Good working knowledge with computer tools

Competencies / language skills:

1) Fluent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
2) Strong account management & relationship building skills
