Well-known pharmaceutical company that manufactures and sells medical devices.
・The primary role is to plan, implement and control all sales management related aspects of his or her assigned area based on Regional Manager’s direction.
・This position must ensure that clerk and distributors are working together towards the Sales Office’s goals and guidelines. This position is expected to deliver results, promptly and factually report positive and negative impacts to the business as well as provide plans for overcoming all obstacles to Regional Manager.
・In order to achieve his or her quota, planning his or her area sales strategy in his or her area and performing effectively.
・Reviewing with Regional Manager for his or her sales process, make more efficient sales activities.
・Effectively manage his or her own activity and expense.
・Maintain first hand knowledge and personal relationship with the accounts their region.
・On an ongoing basis, provide daily basis report regarding to the progress of sales activities (existing and targeting Surgeons to Regional Manager)
Five to eight years of successful medical device sales experience with focus on Japan market.
・ Extensive domestic travel required.
・ Foreign language fluency is plus.
・ Experience in the commercialization and promotion of new products.
・ Communication skills to achieve friendly relations with doctors and distributors.
・ Have a common-sense idea to observe compliance and MPOJ descipline.
・ Eagerness continuing to learn for better performance.
・ Minimum requirement of high school education or GED equivalent, Bachelor degree preferred.
