Assist sales team with payments/invoices;

RequirementsNative Mandarin, business English, conversational Japanese (for phone calls, e-mails, greeting visitors);
Excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities;
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit applications;
Great written and spoken communication skills;
A PLUS (but not requirement) if...
You can speak French;
Have experience in food/hospitality/education/luxury brands industry.
