Job Description
As a secretary, you will support 1-2 partners with secretarial duties such as schedule management, coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, document management, attending visitors and act as correspondence to e-mails and phone calls. Additionally you will be asked to support with administrative duties such as invoice processing, expenses and translation. Many of the partners in this firm are non-Japanese so English and Japanese communication skills is necessary.

Secretarial experience, working in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to prioritize according to urgency
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Minimum Business English for communication with non-Japanese partners and clients

Background working in a global environment is a plus
Legal secretary experience is an advantage but not a must
