Job Description
Semiconductor Business Development Management

• Develop and execute a Business Development Plan to lead sustainable business growth for next 1-3 years in your focused areas through leading and collaborating with other functions
• Work on top semiconductor accounts with account managers in your focus regions to identify and solve customer’s new emerging challenges
• Identify Semiconductor test trends in APAC region
• Provide recommendations to APAC regional leadership team on establishment of program/project priorities
• Develop relationships with key technologists and managers at key customers
• Work with BDMs/Sales globally

• English language at business level
• 10+ years’ semiconductor industry, direct Semiconductor ATE, or test instruments experience is preferred
• Extensive experience and domain knowledge in key markets, value chain, technology trend, key players etc. in Semiconductor industry
• Track record of excellent customer engagement skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Understanding of semiconductor customer R&D and Test process, the decision-making flow
• Strong sales & business acumen, strategic thinking capability
• Acceptance of 30%-50% travel time


• Demonstrated relationship with key semiconductors companies.
• Deep understanding of ATE/test vendors’ test solutions.
• Be highly creative and think outside the box
