Our client is a very famous American manufacturer and retailer.
-Manage all AP bookings and payments to ensure accurate AP records and timely payments
-Entry of monthly / quarterly / yearly financial closing journals
-Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation including cash and consumption Tax
-Month to month variance analysis
-Oversee and process Intercompany transactions
-Management of Fixed Asset data for accounting and tax filing
-Assist accounting manager with annual tax filing
-Work closely with other members of the team to assist any ad hoc tasks necessary within the team
-Required: Minimum of Bookkeeping 2nd grade level knowledge in accounting
-Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in a full cycle accounting position or similar.
-Experience with large ERP system
-English skill to communicate with US counterpart exchanging emails
-Retail store experience preferred but not required
