Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Responsibility of statutory financial statement preparation
- Manage and coordinate the monthly / quarterly and annual management closing process
- Ensure statutory tax compliance
- Manage the accounting team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, accounting)
- Lead/Participate in finance projects

Education/ Experience
・Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree in Finance / Economy / Accounting preferred)
・Experience: 3+ years in people management and 5+ years in Finance / Accounting in an international company required
・Certificate: At least one of the following is required: Nissho Boki 2nd grade or higher, CPA, Zenkei Boki 1st grade or higher, and/or tax accountant certificate (Zeirishi)
・Languages: Business level English and Native level Japanese (JLPT N1) required

Expected Areas of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 Strong communication skills to be able to work effectively with management and other functions
 English communication skills to work with Finance Director global Finance team
 Strong PC skills, including Windows, MS Excel, MS Word an MS PowerPoint
 SAP experience an advantage
