Job Description
This is a HR Senior Management Partner position.
This role will partner people managers & leaders at all levels with their growth and development to help them become more effective leaders and managers.
You will coach people managers/leaders to build HR capability around compensation planning, performance management, goal setting, talent reviews.
Partner with senior leaders and executives on their respective people plans, including hiring, diversity and inclusion plans.
Partner with other HR functions and internal resources to execute corporate-wide people initiatives.
Partner with HRBPs, HR leadership and COEs and provide insight and input for enabling and implementing overall HR and business strategies.
Identify trends or concerns in organization health such as business, external or geographic influences.
You will be required to lead regional or global projects/initiatives

Human Resources experience in a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Strategic Partner environment with direct client support and management mentoring experience.
Have a demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas including consulting/coaching Talent Management, Capability Development, Compensation & Benefits, and leadership development
