Job DescriptionThis is a Senior HR Business Partner position working with Business Unit leaders and senior management for the following areas:
Business Partner: provide support to management team from people and organization perspectives, Coach and influence business decisions, Be involved in HR deliverables to meet business objectives.
Organizational Development: Actively identifying, facilitating and coach change management and OD initiatives.
Performance Management: Supporting the implementations of KPI's and integration to performance management systems.
Development: Develop leadership capability in the organization, onboarding new managers with coaching. Identify weaker leadership in appropriate and effective ways. Identify And develop talent in the organization.
Fluent Japanese with high business English
Strong HRBP understanding and experience.
