RequirementsCovering both Operational and Strategic Recruitment.
Working closely with Japan and overseas on Hiring trends in Japan.
Work with Hiring Manager and HR team to be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring appropriate candidates.
Build relationships with recruiting agents, and to share information in a way that is a smooth candidate
Cooperation in the process of introducing the company to the decision.
Continuous review of recruitment methods to respond to market changes.
Use the quality and efficiency indicators of hiring, including the hiring period, cost, and turnover rate.
Additional Job InformationAbility to work with Recruitment agencies, online platforms to bring in the best staff for each position.
Conduct constructive and collaborative relationships with superiors and peers.
Recruitment experience - IN house or Agency.
Fluent in Japanese with business English.
