職務内容 The Position

This role is to provide instructional design and development and deliver high impact leadership development solutions to meet global/market functional and technical learning priorities.
Partner with the Learning and development manager to identify key leadership / professional objectives and content then evaluate to move forward to design potential solution (or to use external vendors). 
In house training designing should conceptualize and deliver instructional sound, interactive and engaging solutions. (Classroom or e-learning). Partner with multimedia developers to build and deliver solutions (where needed). 
Follow industry and emerging trends regarding instructional design to build and improve company's learning solutions.

- Good knowledge of learning principles, facilitation and learner-centered activities
- Knowledge of leadership development theories and frameworks
- Knowledge of personality types
- Understanding on instructional design principles and practices. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in presentation skills 
- Creative, flexible and innovative course design.
