Job Description
Role Overview

Your customers are sales and marketing managers in leading pharmaceutical companies in Japan. You will be the main point-of-contact for clients, building a solid long-term relationship and become their trusted partner for further opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Aligning closely with client to solve their business challenges by building concrete projects
• Presenting project deliverables to senior leadership teams
• Organizing interactive workshops
• Analyzing market research data and turning facts and figures into actionable insights
• Developing strategic recommendations and designing concrete action plans with client and internal team

• Master’s Degree required
• Over 8 years of experience in consulting, market research with a pharmaceutical company
• Experience in marketing research & marketing strategy
• Fluent in both Japanese and English
• Sound knowledge and interest in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent analytical thinking & presentation skills
• Being assertive and understanding towards customers
• Proven client-facing workshop facilitating experience
