- Performing the full recruitment cycle process.
- Utilization of sourcing to identify potential candidates using; Job Portals, Job Boards, Events, LinkedIn, Vendors, Referrals.
- Develop and manage a large network of candidates, Share best practices and Market trends.
- Provide solid information to 'sell' opportunities to potential candidates.
- Working independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements- Fluent Japanese and Solid English communication skills.
- Experience full cycles of recruitment process
- Experience in Agency or Consultancy firms is best.
- Good technical recruitment experience.
