職務内容 The Position
This is a Shared Service Team Leader || シェアドサービス・ティーム・リーダ position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the company’s teams in ways that are both simple and effective. You will support a leadership position within its Payroll & Benefits Team under the HR department, conceiving practical and creative ways to engage leading talent. The team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.
o Project management for outsourcing C&B & Payroll project as well as other HR projects
o Build team to accelerate payroll standardization and accelerate payroll outsourcing.
o Project management for SAP implementation project
o Communication for international teams (APAC and Paris)

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
• Leading HR Project management experience.      
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese payroll and relevant Japanese Labor Law, including familiarity with processing and filing requirements relating to income tax, health, pension, and labor
• Project management and team management experiences.
