Job Description・Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling to exisiting customers, developing new customers and maintaining renewals at the determined growth rates.
・Develop a strategic growth plan for the eBooks portfolio for both short and long term and execute on the plan to achieve revenue growth and customer penetration targets.
• Develop 360 view of all competing products throughout sales region and develop counter sales strategies to position the eBooks above the competitive offerings through clear communication of key value propositions.
• Coordinate efforts to position eBooks in additional non-academic market segments, including corporate, non-profits, government laboratories, and other government accounts, etc.
Requirements・At least 3 yrs prior related experience working in a solution sales role, preferrably to the Academic, Government and/or Corporate markets
・A proven track record in new business development, consultative and value based selling to customers and VITOs is preferred
・Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous sales opportunities. Proven track record in prospecting successfully for new sales is a must.
・Demonstrated expert in development of complex multiproduct sales from prospecting to closure. Experience in selling hardware, software, content or any other electronic solutions is strongly preferred.
・Successful track record of managing a complex customer engagement with significant revenue payoff and/or key strategic impact
