Job Description

Wholesaler strategy planning:

- Strongly support product launch plan as a launch preparation team member
- Plan effective strategies and activities with wholesalers considering the environment change and product profile
- Ensure the highest priorities for wholesalers through strategy and relationship management

Distribution Management

- Execute the safe and stable supply by planning distribution related tasks (forecasting, supply management)

Operation/Revenue Management

- Retail/Distribution price monitoring
- Develop and monitor performance KPI
- Credit Management

Requirements

【Basic Qualifications 】
- Experience of wholesaler strategic management in Pharma co. or Pharma co. strategic management in wholesaler
- Total price management experience (retail/distribution price/net price)
- Deep understanding of GDP/Supply Chain
- English communication skills enough to discuss/negotiate with stakeholders


【Preferred Qualifications ​】
- Strong track record as a sales person
- Sales Forecasting Experience
- Experience of working for multinational and/or small size companies
