Mainly hiring new graduates and mid-career hires, as a member of the acquisition team, is responsible for planning recruitment strategies and maximizing the recruitment of applicants by utilizing each channel (direct recruiting, referrals, agents). We will handle everything from designing requirements with departments, planning recruitment strategies, selecting channels, and communicating with applicants. We hope that you will improve not only the execution but also the design and operation improvement in the future for a few years.
New graduate and mid-career work experience 3 years or more (those who have experience of consistently handling from strategy planning to execution)
Internet industry experience, engineer recruitment experience
