職務内容 The Position

The key objective of this role is to provide Talent Acquisition support through direct sourcing and deliver solutions and strategies to help ensure success in fulfilling the recruitment positions. This role is to formulate Talent Acquisition sourcing channels, policies and processes globally.

- Consult with clients and provide recruitment advice and support to HR Talent Advisors, HRBP and staffing committees

- Create and deliver a recruitment strategy, build and develop best-in-class candidate network, provide talent market analysis and engage candidates across a variety of business functions.

- Leverage a competitive employer brand in the market

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Knowledge of Labour laws and some operational HR experience in a global company

- Over 3 years or more work experience in a Talent Acquisition field with direct sourcing within agency or an RPO environment.

- Understanding of other recruitment methods such as; Facebook, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Indeed, Recruit, Social Media and other recruitment techniques.

- Ability to deliver results across a team environment and effectively manage projects and candidates.

- Tech savvy with ability to utilize appropriate systems

- Ability to work in a matrix environment and cross functionally
- Self starter

- Strong command of Japanese and English
