Job Description

The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the recruiting team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.
Some of the daily tasks:
• Reflect the company’s strategy into actions for recruitment. Advice business on recruitment activities & sourcing strategies.
• Design and manage selection process, direct involvement as interviewer
• Source, review, design and manage the hiring selection process for the best talents in the market
• Direct involvement as interviewer
• Employer branding and marketing initiatives
• Support the hiring managers in targeting the best HR needs
• Communicating with HR teams in the U.S

Requirements

Key skills include:
• Experience working in direct recruiting notably with engineers
• Develop recruitment strategy to deliver on business roadmap, prioritize team work
• Prepared to overcome difficult challenges and learn from mistakes
• Proactive and able to think independently for the good of the team
• Able to go bold and have a strong sense of responsibility for their work
• Broad Experience working in HR (hiring, employee benefit planning, or management) is appreciated
