Job Description
This is a TA leader position as an individual contributor within a very large organization.
A new style of TA position.
You will play a pivotal role in influencing leaders on hiring decisions and will ensure consistency
in the all talent acquisition processes that support best in class manager and candidate
experience.

Understanding the local market and talent supply and trends and be able to leverage external
data to influence talent decisions for the business. Strategically engage in talent fairs together
with the business to represent our company externally. Be responsible to launch various talent
assessment solutions and technology in the country. Drive social media campaign and influence
leaders to be a social ambassador.

Works effectively within HR partnering with COE’s and HR Ops to deliver a holistic talent
acquisition service to the business and the candidate.
Influential and consultative, the TA will foster strong relationship with our clients.
TA Leader will have an appetite for new technology and be willing to experiment with digital
and social solutions that will appeal to talent segments. With a thorough understanding of
systems and data bases the TA will be able to produce analytics to support robust business
proposals

Requirements
Well experienced in HR working in a large matrixed environment - manufacturing, commercial,
research and agency/search organization - ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
Fluent Japanese / Business English
