Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
The main role are followings;
Manage all the recruiting process to fill open requisition with reasonable time and costs.
Improve efficiency of recruiting with Strategy, Tools, Recruiting companies, and others
Improve Candidate Experience, and Employer Branding with PR Team
Recruiting or Business Partner Experience with 2-3 years for In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques and Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
knowledge of Basic Japanese Labor Law, Japanese Labor Market, and related.
Business Level English Preferred
High learning agility/Business acumen
