Exciting opportunity as a Talent Development Specialist/Manager to be responsible of the following duties:
- develop their leaders so that all of the leaders understand and act in ways that meet TI’s leadership expectations
- raise the capability and performance of the people in the organization
- help leaders transition quickly, accelerating their integration into their new organizations and teams
- ensure TI has a robust pipeline of ready now talent for critical leadership and technical roles
- establish a culture of real time feedback and continuous learning
- builds credible relationships and work with business leaders and HRBP as a partner

Requirements

- Strong experience in HR Talent development
- Experience as HRBP is a plus
- Business English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view, create a concise and articulate narrative, and energize the culture through communications
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work globally
- Understands business direction and its impact on people and resources
- Works to increase employee commitment and capability
