Job DescriptionThis is a Talent Management & Organization Development position:
-Responsible for planning/implementing assigned TM/OD initiatives, which contributes to overall projects.
- Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
-Delivery of all training requirements including compliance Key Talent Management / Organization Development Programs.
-Support Group Manager/Manager to implement OTR process collaborating with Global Talent Management team Support Group Manager/Manager to ensure robust executions of individual development plan by business leaders
-Support Group Manager/Manager to enhance people management capabilities of line managers through a variety of opportunities leveraging global initiatives.
Requirements- HR experience covering Talent Management
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Some project management experience
