Currently they are looking for a Team / Personal Assistant.

Job Description
・80% of your duties will be as a team assistant
・20% of your duties will be as a personal assistant to the French Head of Department
・Interpretation/Translation for internal meetings.
・sales related business
・exclusive system for registration, accounting, invoicing, payment, departmental expenses management, etc.
・general affairs business equipment order, business card order, arranging delivery, dispatch of mail, etc.

・ 4-5 years professional experience with at least 3 years of EA experience.
・ Salary: 4M ~ 5.5M + KPI
・ Fluent in English
・ Native or N1 level Japanese
・ Other skills MS office etc.
