Job Description•Create and implement a strategic and tactical sales training plan in line with set brand plan and national sales strategy.
•Prepare training materials / tools in collaboration with relevant functions internally and externally.
•Train Oncology MR according to the global guideline and / or training plan in line with brand promotion strategy, so as to ensure adequate scientific knowledge and DTL skill set are equipped in time that are required for promotion of MSD oncology products.
•Train Oncology DSM to develop their sufficient coaching skill, so that MR selling skill would be developed to achieve sales target and to maximize business opportunity.
•Participate in “train the trainer” program that should be coordinated by global brand team, in order to acquire updated product knowledge and to align with global brand marketing plan.
•Collaborate and coordinate with relevant functions in MSD to ensure all of field activities of sales team are aligned with MSD business policy in Japan.
•Coordinate all of necessary actions to obtain/update JPMA MR certification to all relevant employees in Oncology BU.
•Pursue and develop innovative solutions/ tools/ ideas for sales training to improve MSD Oncology BU as one of the leading Oncology companies.
•Over two years experiences of a leading role in training function in Pharmaceutical industry, in particular Oncology business.
•Strong leadership competency: strategic skills, operating skills, organizational skills, facilitation skills, personal/interpersonal skills
•Adequate IT literacy : MS office, CRM,
•Concrete track record in Oncology business
•Scientific educational background
