職務内容 The Position
This is a position as: Training/L&D || 教育/育成.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. The brand propose a unique opportunity for a head of HR to join them in an inspiring, fast-paced, exciting and ever-changing environment. Working closely with key department of business, retail trainer will develop and execute training coursed for the retails shop associates in order to promote sales and improve quality of customer services. Retail Trainer will partnering with global training team, and localize the global training materials and programs in order to fit with local custom and culture.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
• Identify company training needs for the market of Japan, according to the business strategy
• Create/develop training programs according to the training needs analysis
• Deliver training programs/workshops to both office and retail staff
• Conduct regular store visits/coaching activities to ensure the service level is up to company’s standard
• Translate and adapt the training contents from the Corporate Office
• Measure and follow-up on the training impact
• Prepare and monitor training budget
• Maintain training records and information of training resources/materials
• Regular travel in the region and business trips are required
