Job Description
This is a Training manager position:
The Training Manager is responsible for designing and developing learning and practicing experiences based on learning needs of each function.
The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Consult HRBP`s in analyzing the learning needs and help design contents, using appropriate mediums such as classroom training, e-learning, self-help tools and exercises.
Apply adult learning principles to all learning and development initiatives including conducting front-end design analysis, determining learning objectives, designing course materials and curriculum, designing learning evaluations, validating training design and establishing ROI measurement criteria.

Requirements
Proven working experience in learning and development
Experience independently managing and delivering multiple projects at one time
5 years of training and development experience
Strong knowledge of performance improvement principles and practices
