Job DescriptionOverall Purpose The Product Manager, Strategy’s primary role is the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy to grow the platform in the market space. The Product Manager will work in collaboration with the marketing manager, Vascular/Anesthesia Marketing as well as the Senior Leadership Team, global commercial teams, clinical, regulatory, research and development teams in order to ensure long term growth goals. Must work closely with Sales and Functional Leadership to understand market trends, customer perspectives, competitor activities and industry dynamics to develop strategic segment plans and tactics necessary to drive the Vascular/Anesthesia business forward. Must be able to identify unmet customer needs and new business opportunities.
Requirements・Minimum 6 years of successful marketing and brand management experience.
・Previous experience in the Medical Device and/or life sciences industry is preferred.
・Experience with a Brand Agency is a plus Experience with Vascular or Anesthesia is a plus.
・Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategy in the medical device market space.
・Excellent strategic planning and marketing science skills.
・Excellent communication (written and verbal), facilitation and organization skills in English & Japanese.
