Job Description
• Plan, source and maintain the master contents calendar for the institution's website, mobile site and e-commerce site
• Maintain a consistent and substantial editorial style, look and feel throughout all web platforms, and proofread all contents
• Manage special campaigns, such as micro sites that are in line with the institution's marketing strategies
• Propose quality advertisements and campaigns, utilizing chiefly online media
• Ensure regular contents output, and community management on all relevant SNS
• Manage SEO, Keyword Listing and SNS advertising budgets
• Develop traffic and referral analysis to track and report on all metrics and suggest improvements
• Streamline CRM data input processes in relation to our online platforms
• Increase the performance of online KPIs and conversions such as page views, likes and shares, return visitors etc
• Keep up with current web technologies through marketing and industry online resources and events
• Gather and analyze market data and trends.
• Be in contact with digital media service providers and consultants

• Minimum 5 years in relevant field and/or industry
• Experience in planning, developing and implementing online marketing strategic plans
• Experience in negotiating and communicating with third parties vendors and internal clients
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and Digital Publishing
• Experience with content management systems
• Experience in SEO, keyword/listing advertising, traffic and referral analysis
• Experience in SNS optimization and community management
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player with cultural sensitivities
• Experience presenting to and working with committees
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English, Mandarin a plus
