Job DescriptionFor our Client in the insurance industry we are seeking a windows platform specialist.
You will be responsible of T3 Support and mainly server troubleshooting.
Additionally you will need to actively participate in and lead projects you are a part of.
You will be communicating with colleagues across the global team and supporting the outsourced vendor in India as well as ensuring their support quality meets organization standards.
This is a role which requires high autonomy and an ability to suggest improvements as well as be proactive to solve potential issues before they reach a critical stage.
Requirements・Good server engineering skill
・Deep knowledge of Windows OS.
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Excel at Team Work
・Excellent communication skills to the colleagues and clients both on-site and remote
・Endurance under intense pressure
・Have flexible work ethic, and enjoy change and improvement
・Ownership and accountability
