RGF Professional Recruitment Japan provides recruitment service to various types of companies, including Japanese companies with a global outlook, foreign-affiliated companies doing business in Japan, and foreign-affiliated companies with plans of future expansion to Japan. 

Here is the general process when you partner with us as your recruitment agency of choice. 

 

1. Create a Job Description (JD)

First, consider what position you want to hire, the seniority level, and the responsibilities, which will all be used to create a job description. Our consultants can help if you need assistance in creating the job description.

2. Contact Us

Please contact us via our website. Based on the inquiry we receive from you, we will select the most suitable consultant to help with your needs. If you are looking to hire across various functions or fields, we can provide multiple consultants that specialize in these specific areas.

3. Preliminary Meeting

The consultant in charge will ask for more information about your company, details pertaining to the position(s) and your hiring specifications. If you do not have a job description, this is where you’ll be working with our consultants to create one. 

 

4. Candidate Search

We will search for and identify candidates who meet your specified requirements using our database, Japan’s largest resource for bilingual candidates. We will then get in touch with the job seekers to confirm whether they have the skills and experience that meet your company’s requirements and whether they would be willing to apply to your job vacancy. 

 

5. Candidate Introduction and Coordination

We will present a shortlist of potential candidates that have been carefully evaluated and narrowed down to meet the position’s requirements. Please check the candidates’ information and let us know if you would like to proceed with the candidate interview. 

As a recruitment company, we provide support to both job seekers and clients throughout the entire process, such as document screening, interviews, and offer meetings.
