  2. 2. Matters Concerning Fees

    • No fees will be charged to job seekers.
    • Fees for recruiting companies are as per the attached fee schedule.
    • Refunds are handled as per the attached refund policy schedule.
  3. 3. Matters Concerning Complaint Handling

    • The persons in charge of handling complaints related to the handling of personal information are the Employment Placement Managers, Tomoko Nakayama and Miwako Sekita.
  4. 4. Matters Concerning the Handling of Personal Information

    • The persons authorized to handle personal information are the Employment Placement Managers, Tomoko Nakayama and Miwako Sekita.
    • When a person requests the disclosure of their personal information, the authorized handlers shall disclose the information based on objective facts, such as qualifications and work experience, without delay. Furthermore, if a request for correction is made based on this disclosure, and the request aligns with objective facts, the correction shall be made without delay.

In accordance with the Employment Security Act, the fee rates and retainer fees notified to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) are stated below.
The fees and retainer fees listed below are maximum limits; your specific rates are defined separately in the application form and contract.

Contingency Fee: 200% of the candidate's annual salary upon successful placement. The fee shall be borne by the recruiting company.

Professional consultation and advice provided to the recruiting company to facilitate hiring

Contingency Fee: 200% of the candidate's annual salary upon successful placement. The fee shall be borne by the recruiting company.

Cultivation, research, and sourcing of specific candidates based on special conditions

Retainer Fee: 200% of the candidate's annual salary upon successful placement. 0 JPY per activity day. Contingency Fee: 200% of the candidate's annual salary upon successful placement. The fee shall be borne by the recruiting company.

Professional consultation and advice provided to job seekers to facilitate employment

Contingency Fee: 50% of the candidate's annual salary upon successful placement. The fee shall be borne by the relevant employer.
