概要 – Introduction

This is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position within the Japan HR team. The role will manage recruitment across sales, corporate and business functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and regional HR stakeholders. You will join during a period of increasing hiring demand and have the opportunity to broaden your coverage, improve recruitment practices and develop toward greater responsibility.

業務内容 – Job Role and Duties

The position owns full-cycle recruitment across a varied portfolio, with significant demand for commercial and sales talent. You will work closely with Japan and regional stakeholders while helping the team deliver consistent, effective recruitment processes. The scope can evolve according to your strengths and development goals. You will:

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies based on business hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, selection processes and appropriate sourcing approaches.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job definition, sourcing, direct recruitment, candidate assessment and offer processes.
• Build productive relationships with recruitment agencies while developing direct sourcing and talent pipeline capabilities.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, hiring events and other recruitment-related HR projects.
• Collaborate with regional HR colleagues and communicate recruitment progress and insights through regular discussions and presentations in English.

必要な能力・経験・資格 – Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience with the ability to independently manage full-cycle mid-career hiring.
• Strong track record of sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates across multiple vacancies.
• Experience building effective relationships with hiring managers, recruitment agencies and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Business-level English and fluent Japanese communication skills, with confidence working in a bilingual professional environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple recruitment processes and priorities while maintaining candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Solid project coordination skills and a practical approach to improving recruitment processes.
