This strategic HR planning position develops and implements people frameworks across performance, reward, organisation and workforce planning. The role works closely with executives and business leaders and leads initiatives from design through operation.

業務内容
• Develop HR strategy in partnership with executives and business leaders.
• Design and revise grading, performance and reward frameworks.
• Operate and continuously improve performance and reward processes.
• Develop organisation designs and workforce plans aligned with business planning.
• Coordinate resource requirements with business functions.
• Design and analyse employee engagement surveys and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare HR information and data for corporate disclosures.
• Lead HR projects from planning through implementation and operation.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• University degree.
• Strong practical HR experience with exposure to HR framework development or revision.
• Proven HR-led project management capability.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare executive-facing PowerPoint and Word materials.
• Practical English reading, writing and speaking capability.
