This Talent Acquisition position manages recruitment from candidate attraction through assessment and selection. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent requirements, develop sourcing approaches and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

業務内容 – Job Role and Duties

• Own full-cycle recruitment from candidate attraction through assessment and selection.
• Develop recruitment strategies based on internal talent requirements and market conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring stakeholders and translate requirements into candidate profiles.
• Develop candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, events and other relevant channels.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide an individualized candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives and broader projects across Japan and the wider region.

必要な能力・経験・資格 – Requirements

• Solid recruitment experience gained within an in-house or recruitment agency environment.
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment assessment and selection methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of the Japanese talent market and relevant sourcing channels.
• Proven stakeholder and candidate relationship-management capability.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
