This is a Payroll Senior Manager position.
Manage the Payroll team and outsourcer as your main business.
Participate in projects such as improving payroll operations and collaborating with business partners.
Play an active role as a member of the leadership team responsible for human resources operations (about 30 people).
Manage, develop and lead 10+ people within the payroll function/team, outsourcer’s management, and HR services other than payroll business Experience (BP)
Management of large team experience.
Able to lead Payroll implementing new measures to improved the function.
Working in a large company.
