仕事内容
Our client looks at transactions across Solar Power Projects, Real Estate projects, LBO finance as well as other investment products.
The main responsibilities will revolve around the following:
1. Documentation, Due-diligence and Closing of Trust deals
2. Administration of existing deals
応募資格
- Work experience in Structured Finance in a Financial Institution, Rating Agency, Accounting Firm or Investment Fund.
- English (Business level)
- 5 years work experience
Work experience in the following is also highly desired if possible.
- Trust Administration in Trust Bank or Trust company
- Corporate loan related experience in Financial Institution
