• This role is responsible for rebuilding and realigning the HR function in Japan following a major organizational restructuring.
• You will act as a strategic HR leader, working closely with senior leadership to design and implement a cohesive HR model that supports business performance and organizational stability.

業務内容

• Lead the redesign of the HR structure in Japan, aligning fragmented processes into a unified and effective framework
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive organization development initiatives, including structure, governance, and workforce planning
• Unify HR teams across divisions, ensuring consistency in HRBP delivery and talent practices
• Act as a key advisor to leadership on change management, culture transformation, and workforce challenges

必要な能力・経験・資格

• Strong background in HR business partnering and organization development
• Proven experience leading HR transformation or rebuilding HR functions in complex organizations
• Experience working with diverse workforce populations, including operational or blue-collar environments
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
• Business-level English and strong communication skills in a corporate environment
