概要
This HR Generalist position works closely with business functions and the wider HR team to address people and organizational priorities. The role offers broad exposure across HR business partnering, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, with scope to develop toward an HRBP or talent development career path.

業務内容
• Identify people and organizational challenges within business functions and support the planning and execution of improvement initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate talent development, training, and onboarding development programs.
• Operate internal learning systems, including e-learning, while managing training participation and internal qualification records.
• Support performance management and talent management processes, including ongoing process improvements.
• Plan employee engagement initiatives and events, support employee communication, and contribute to workplace and organizational development.
• Develop HR and incentive initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational needs, while contributing to talent and organization development projects.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Business-level or higher Japanese and Chinese language capability.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to establish goals independently, take ownership, and remain focused on delivering results.
• Strong interest in HR with the motivation to learn and proactively develop HR expertise.
• Previous HR experience is not essential. Motivation, initiative, and willingness to develop are valued.
