This position supports the retail workforce as a hands-on HR partner, connecting people priorities with the operational needs of the retail business. The role covers a broad employee lifecycle scope, with particular focus on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, engagement, retention, and talent development.

業務内容
• Partner with retail stakeholders to understand workforce needs and support effective people planning.
• Manage key HR processes for the retail population, including recruitment, transfers, and ongoing employee lifecycle activities.
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, HR policies, and appropriate workplace practices.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives across the retail organization.
• Contribute to talent development activities and strengthen people management capability within the retail business.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Solid professional experience across HR operations, HR generalist, or HR business partnering responsibilities.
• Practical knowledge of employee relations and relevant Japanese employment practices.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and provide pragmatic HR guidance.
• Experience supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle in a fast-moving organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
