This external-client consulting position focuses on organization development and transformation. Working with senior executives and HR leaders across multiple industries, you will address complex questions involving organization design, talent, HR transformation, operating models, culture and behavioral change.

業務内容
You will diagnose organizational challenges and develop transformation approaches that connect business strategy, organization and people. Projects can extend from initial research and issue definition through solution design and implementation, providing broad exposure beyond conventional HR consulting.

• Research and analyze external practices, organizational trends and transformation approaches to develop insights for client engagements.
• Diagnose organizational challenges through data analysis, stakeholder interviews and structured problem-solving frameworks.
• Design solutions across organization development, operating models, talent frameworks, HR systems, processes, culture and behavioral transformation.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and HR leaders while facilitating discussions that build alignment around transformation priorities.
• Translate recommendations into practical initiatives, workshops, processes and HR frameworks while supporting implementation and organizational adoption.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Strong interest or relevant experience in organization transformation, HR transformation, organization development, or business-process transformation.
• Strong logical problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous issues.
• Ability to conduct research and analysis and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation capabilities for working with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within consulting teams and maintaining mutual respect in client relationships.
