概要
This position owns Talent Acquisition for a major manufacturing operation, with a strong focus on new graduate and mid-career recruitment. You will manage recruitment end to end while partnering closely with hiring managers and regional HR stakeholders. The position also provides exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, and broader HR initiatives, creating a potential career path toward HR Business Partner responsibilities.

業務内容
The role supports a significant and changing hiring pipeline and is responsible for identifying strong candidates while improving recruitment speed and quality. You will operate as part of a wider regional Talent Acquisition community and collaborate regularly with stakeholders across Japan, APAC, and global teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across new graduate, mid-career, disability, and other hiring programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop sourcing strategies, manage interviews, and drive roles through offer acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, universities, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, professional networks, and community relationships.
• Use recruitment data, technology, and practical AI tools to improve hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and recruitment processes.
• Support onboarding, retention, employee engagement, employer branding, internal hiring, and wider HR projects in collaboration with Japan and regional HR teams.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Solid professional experience in corporate Talent Acquisition, in-house recruitment, or agency recruitment, with the capability to manage full-cycle hiring independently.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills, including the confidence to coordinate recruitment activities with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities and adapt hiring activities according to changing business and seasonal requirements.
• Comfortable using recruitment data and everyday AI tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, information gathering, and communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, together with valid authorization to work in Japan.
