This position supports the Japan HR function across compensation, workforce cost and headcount management, employee relations, and HR operations. The role offers broader exposure than a conventional C&B position, combining reward expertise with workforce analytics, labour management, operational improvement, and management decision support.

業務内容
The role manages core compensation activities while providing reliable workforce information and operational HR support. It works closely with management and HR stakeholders to maintain compliant processes and turn people data into practical business insights.
• Manage compensation, salary, and HR-related data with strong standards of accuracy, governance, and confidentiality.
• Analyse and forecast headcount and personnel costs to support workforce planning and management decisions.
• Manage compensation processes, analysis, reporting, and related operational activities.
• Support employee relations and labour-management matters in line with Japanese employment regulations and internal policies.
• Improve HR processes and workflows through effective use of HR systems, digital tools, and automation opportunities.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Solid hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, particularly compensation and salary-related processes.
• Proven experience owning headcount and personnel-cost analysis, forecasting, or workforce planning.
• Strong practical knowledge of Japanese labour practices, employment regulations, and employee relations.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with confidence interpreting HR, workforce, and cost data.
• Experience managing HR operations while maintaining accurate, confidential, and compliant employee information.
• Ability to translate HR data into clear insights that support management decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively with management and cross-functional stakeholders.
