This senior HR position focuses on executive people initiatives and corporate governance. Working closely with senior leadership and relevant corporate functions, the role strengthens succession, executive reward and HR governance frameworks.

業務内容
• Design and drive succession planning for executive and critical leadership positions.
• Plan and operate executive compensation and equity-based reward programmes.
• Coordinate HR governance initiatives with executives, outside directors and relevant corporate functions.
• Plan and operate nomination-related committees and governance meetings.
• Support executive compensation and HR disclosures in corporate reporting.
• Lead cross-functional strategic HR projects from planning through implementation.

必要な能力・経験・資格
• Strong professional background in HR planning, policy development or related strategic HR work.
• Experience developing HR strategy, people frameworks or organisation development initiatives.
• Proven ability to present proposals and negotiate with senior executives.
• Strong project management capability across complex stakeholder groups.
• Practical English communication skills across reading, writing and conversation.
